Twin Cities Wine Educaiton is proud to present a great night of food and wine!
The foods and wines of Portugal have received incredible attention in the last few years, and justifiably so. The culture of Portuguese cuisine has its roots in the age of exploration, when the Portuguese were the first to bring the flavors of the world to Europe, and as a result there is far more to the food of this country than many expect.
Join us for an exclusive dinner prepared by chef Laura Bonicelli working in coordination with Ryan Opaz of Catavino (co-author of The Undiscovered Food Stories of Northern Portugal) for a showcase dinner of the flavors of Portugal.
We’ll begin with white port tonic cocktails on the patio of Bonicelli Kitchen (weather permitting). When the dinner bell sounds, we’ll head inside for a coursed dinner featuring great food, education, and wines, along with foods being sources specifically for the evening. We will finish with a multi-course dessert (Portugal has an incredible dessert culture) paired with delicious ports.
Note: seating will be family style and first come, first served on seat selections. Doors open at 6pm, cocktail reception begins at 6:30, dinner at 7:00.

Price is all inclusive (food, wine, tax, and tip … all in!).
