U of M Classes
We are proud to team up with the University of Minnesota to teach the wine classes for the Learning Life program. These classes are more comprehensive than our regular offerings, and are a fantastic way to go into more detail and depth than normally possible.
Three classes occur per year (Fall, Winter, and Spring) and are thematically grouped. The next session will begin in November of 2012, covering the wines of France. We will taste from all the major regions and many minor regions, as well as examining the history, geography, topography, and geology of the country. This will be followed by Spain in the Winter, and Italy in the Spring.
