Tim and Denise Wilson make minuscule amounts of their wines, all of which we find compelling and delicious. We consider Denison Cellars to be one of the best under-the-radar wineries in Oregon. Even better, Tim and Denise are simply the nicest people you can find on the planet. (Tim is from St. Paul, growing up just north of where I live, so we can finish each other’s sentences pretty well.)
Here are a series of video interviews I did with them at Malcolm Yards. It gives you a great overview of the brand and the specific wines.
