Raise a glass to getting through 2021!

Champagne and only Champagne. One of our top classes. Join us for our annual analysis of what is new, what is hot, trends in the world Champagne market, history and terroir, and of course tasting some great wines.

For nearly fifteen years, our final live class of the year has been the Champagne Masterclass, and we’re proud to bring it back for 2021. We’ll cover a ton of info: Champagne production methods, key producers, impact of climate change, and market trends that are impacting Champagne lovers worldwide. Lots of current info to pass along to anyone who is a fan of fine bubbles.

Wines to be presented: Six outstanding Champagnes (of course real-deal Champagnes only), each with a distinctive story and personality. All wines will be available for purchase via Solo Vino Wine Shop and North Loop Wine and Spirits.

About the evening. Our host location, the Campus Club at the University of Minnesota, is one of our favorite venues. You can pre-order a cheese plate to go along with your wine tasting, or arrive early for a bite! Easy underground parking is available (note there is a parking fee). Those wishing to eat ahead of the event are invited to arrive anytime before 5pm. Class begins promtly at 6:00pm.

Please note the kitchen at the Campus Club closes when our event begins.

We hope you can join us!
