Hi everyone –
Quick little offer here.
The 2019 Eyrie Vineyards Estate Pinot Noir has just landed in pretty good quantity in Minnesota (60 bottles available). With the Eyrie Day Celebration right around the corner on May 22nd, we wanted to make sure some of this was made available to you.
About this wine
The Eyrie Vineyards owns five prime vineyards at different elevations up the Dundee Hills in Willamette Valley.

Each vineyard has its own terroir and personality, and the winery bottles a tiny bit of each single vineyard individually.
However, for the Estate Pinot Noir, they blend a bit of all five vineyards into the final product. So you have a touch each of Sisters, Outcrop, Daphne, Roland Green, and even The Eyrie Vineyard (where a bit of the original vines first planted by David Lett in 1960s still exist).
Why this wine is important
The Eyrie Vineyards such an important part of the American wine story. David Lett was the first to plant Pinot Noir in Willamette Valley. Following his passing in 2009, his son Jason Lett has taken over the operations and his making the best wines the brand has ever produced.
They make a surprising range of wines, from Chasselas to Pinot Meunier, and even an Orange Muscat. But in the end, it’s the Pinot Noir they are best known for.
Not much of this wine is ever available, so it’s a good moment to grab some.

Buy it. Simple as that.
