Our (proven) formula is simple: the more you know about a wine, the more you’re going to enjoy it. Think of wine like music. You can hear a song for the first time, not knowing who wrote it, when it was recorded, or who is singing, and you can really enjoy it.
But … learn more about the artist, what led to the song being created, their motivations and stories, and it suddenly takes on new and deeper meaning.
