Getting to The Market at Malcolm Yards

Located in Southeast Minneapolis between the University of Minnesota and Highway 280, Malcolm Yards makes for an easy destination from anywhere in the Twin Cities.

From westbound University Avenue (coming from Highway 280), take a right turn at 30th Avenue SE, drive straight three blocks (over the U of M transitway, and you’ll see the building. Parking in the front and in the rear. Google map.

From eastbound University Avenue (coming from the University of MN area), take a left turn at 29th Avenue SE (where the Green Line train turns on/off University Avenue). Go one block to SE 4th Street and turn right. Go one block to 30th Avenue SE and turn left. Drive two short blocks and you’ll see the building. Parking in the front and in the rear. Google map.

Parking for The Market at Malcolm Yards can be found in front of the building, in the rear, and near the light rail stop about half a block away.

What to expect at Malcolm Yards

There is a wide range of top-notch food vendors at Malcolm Yards. Arrive early or stay late for a bite!

Upon arriving, you’ll want to pick up a Yard Card, which will be tied to your credit card and allow you to purchase throughout the building plus (assuming you’re over 21), self-serve at the beer and wine wall.

At the end of your evening, simply drop your Yard Card off and your account will be reconciled automatically.
