Shipping, Cancellations, and Refund policy of Twin Cities Wine Education LLC

All presentations and classes from Twin Cities Wine carry a 100% guarantee of satisfaction. This includes public classes, private events, and consulting. See below for further details and restrictions. If you’re not satisfied, contact me within 48 hours of the completion of a class, tasting, or consulting and I shall send your refund via check within seven days. Restrictions apply (see below).

Refund Policy Restrictions
All refunds from Twin Cities Wine Education must be requested within 48 hours of the completion of a class or event.

Regarding public wine classes: the amount of the 100% Guarantee refund is limited to the cost of your ticket minus your portion of the costs for that evening (including wine, food, venue rental, etc.).  At no time are ticketing fees or registration fees refundable.

Regarding private wine classes and consulting: the amount of the 100% Guarantee refund is limited to the cost of services minus the costs involved for that contract (including wine, food, venue rental, etc.). At no time are invoicing or billing fees (i.e. Square, Eventbrite, or Paypal fees) refundable. Refund requests after the completion of a private wine event incurs a $250 fee.

Gift Certificates carry no inherent value and are not refundable. They also never expire and can be passed along to others for use. Jason Kallsen and Twin Cities Wine Education are the sole determinant of the validity of a gift certificate. Contact us to inquire about a Gift Certificate balance.

Wine Class Cancellations
If a public wine class is canceled in full due to any reason (weather, personal catastrophe, etc.) the class will be rescheduled for a future date but any ticket holders are eligible for a refund minus ticketing fees. This refund must be instigated within 48 hours of notification of class cancelation, and will be paid by check by Twin Cities Wine Education minus ticketing fees (i.e. Eventbrite fees).

Wine Class non-attendance
Wine class tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot make it to a class, please reach out to friends and family to let them use the ticket. Physical tickets are not required to enter the class, but those attending must know the first and last name of the original purchaser. All attendees at any Twin Cities Wine Education event must be over 21 with legal identification.

When do items need to be returned or a refund instigated?
Any and all requests for refunds must be within 48 hours of the completion of an event or the receiving of physical or digital goods. No refunds are available after 48 hours.

Where do items need to be returned, and how?
Should you wish to return physical items purchased through Twin Cities Wine Education (stemware, maps, etc.), please contact me for details. Include all documentation regarding the original purchase, including correspondence from Twin Cities Wine Education indicating assurance of refund. Do not ship items for refund without prior approval from Twin Cities Wine Education.

Shipping for returns – restrictions
Original shipping rates are non-refundable, and the cost of shipping a physical item return to Twin Cities Wine Education is the responsibility of the customer.

Credit for returns – physical items
Upon receiving physical items for return, Twin Cities Wine Education will issue a check within seven days to the customer for the refund of the product itself. Shipping fees from the original shipment are non-refundable.
