I’m always impressed with the amount of knowledge and information I get, and how much fun I have at Jason’s classes. He presents with an easy, personal style – it’s clear that he’s passionate about wine and loves sharing that with people.
Instead of simply using technical terms like “flinty, tannic, and Appellation d’Origine Controlee,” as we drink the wine, we hear about the place where the grapes are grown, the people, the food – we really get to know the wine.
I love the various settings for the classes – local restaurants, various wine shops, even at the University! I have and will continue recommending his classes to anyone interested in wine – creating many more and more converts to enjoying wine the Jason Kallsen way!
